Adam is a dream to work with. Not only is his crowd work incredible, he's always open to suggestions and adapts instantly to the needs of the event. Even the stranger events, like co-hosting a boat cruise with Brian Blessed, he smashes out of the park. He endeavours to make sure every person in that venue is as happy as they possibly could be.
